Pioneers of Light Center is a center for therapy, development, and legacy established in the historic building of Arza Sanatorium in Motza Illit. We who were there in those moments of hell, we are the new pioneers continuing the building's original purpose through a socio-economic initiative that works to strengthen trauma and bereavement survivors by establishing a sense of belonging and security. We create a combination of living memorial, community empowerment, and transformative social economy.
Pioneers of Light Center connects a hundred years of spirit and action, from the pioneers of 1923 to the pioneers and initiative leaders of 2025. The same land, the same building, the same essence: to heal, to build, and to illuminate. In a place where past and present meet, body, soul, and consciousness unite into one
journey toward a better future. A journey of remembrance and renewal, giving life to the light of those who founded and those who defended.
