Jonathan Barsade

Jonathan Barsade is a serial entrepreneur, an attorney, and in recent years – a lay leader in major Jewish not-for-profit organizations. Walking the line between the world of business and law, Jonathan built expertise in understanding the needs of start-up technology organizations, transforming a budding concept into a viable, successful business. After selling his last start-up to Intuit, Jonathan became active with Israel related Non-For-Profits, as the President of the America Israel Friendship League (AIFL) and a Member of the U.S. and Israeli Boards of IsraAID. In these capacities, he introduces business processes, accountability, and org culture to help not-for-profits navigate the new world of charitable giving.  To help support and strengthen Israel democracy, he founded the AID-Coalition

Ora Peled Nakash

Ora is a tech entrepreneur working to address the world's biggest challenges.  Ora was the first female to graduate the Israeli Naval Officer Academy (Course Hovlim) in 2000, and the first woman to serve on an Israeli missile ship (Sa'ar 4.5) as a platoon commander. Ora is a Board member of the Naval Academy Alumni Organization (Migdalor), a member of Forum Dvorah -Women in Foreign Policy and National Security.  She is the mother of two, and a member of Kibbutz Ramat David.  She is a frequent speaker in, and leading member of, the Protest Movement in Israel.

Batell Blaish-Sultanik

Batell, Executive Director of The AID Coalition, was one of the first female cadets from the Israeli Naval Academy, from which she went on to become the deputy commander of an IDF missile vessel and then the first female airborne naval officer.  Batell is a major in reserves. Combining her military achievements with her corporate legal background, Batell now holds the position of Chief Business Officer at an Israeli hi-tech company and is an elected committee chair of at the Israel Bar Association. With a diverse skill set that spans corporate law, tech, M&A, angel investments and naval operations, Batell, a mother of four children, is a highly motivated and results-driven professional.

Tali Reiner Brodetzki

Tali is the Director of Community Outreach and Development and a co-founder of AID Coalition. After years immersed in academia, as a biology professor, Tali followed her heart into full-time community work, a path inspired by experiences founding and growing communities like the Hope for Israel Alliance and ScienceAbroad - Philly. Tali feels deeply called to serve in these challenging times. She strives to create spaces where shared liberal and Jewish values are celebrated and every connection weaves a stronger, more resilient future for Israel and the diaspora.

Giovanni Cosetti

Giovanni is AID Coalition's Director of Operations.  She has been an operational leader across multiple industries, including office administration (securities, law and accounting), fin-tech start-up; hotel and hospitality, security manufacturing, and non-profit organizations, with the latter specific to Israeli non-profit organizations.  Giovanni is a fourth generation San Franciscan currently residing in the mountains of Southern California.

Lior Lanir

Lior is AID Coalition’s Director of Digital Strategy and Marketing, a senior digital media leader with 15+ years of experience running data-driven campaigns and building digital infrastructure for NGOs, startups, and civic movements in Israel and abroad. As founder of the 4Bridge consultancy and co-founder of Defend Israeli Democracy and Israelis Without Borders, Lior has helped build global movements supporting Israel, coordinating actions in 58 cities worldwide and using technology and storytelling to strengthen the relationship between Israelis and the global Jewish world.

Sharon Shafrir

Sharon is the Special Programs Project Assistant Director, bringing three intensive years of experience as an Israeli-American pro-democracy volunteer activist and program leader. She co-founded Hope for Israel Alliance (HIA), a US-based grassroots movement that engages Jewish and Israeli-American communities through initiatives supporting the international Bring Them Home campaign, advocacy programs for diaspora communities, and educational initiatives strengthening Israeli democracy.
A community engagement entrepreneur, inclusion advocate, and communications consultant, Sharon is a proud Jerusalemite who has called Rochester, NY home for over two decades.

With a background in nonprofit operations and international service, Bianca is drawn to work that bridges communities through learning, collaboration, and shared values. A proud Texas native, she brings a grounded, people-first approach to her work and feels deeply committed to supporting spaces where education fosters understanding, engagement, and a more connected future for the global Jewish community.
