"Back to Life – In Memory of Amir (Deni) Yardenai” was founded with the mission of providing a healing home for those grappling with the emotional and psychological aftermath of their service.
The organization operates on a 2.2-acre therapeutic farm located in Kibbutz Sdot Yam. The farm also rescues abused or at-risk animals — including dogs, donkeys, and horses — primarily from the Palestinian territories, the Bedouin diaspora, and Gaza. These animals are cared for by those very same who come to heal, creating a unique and powerful mutual rehabilitation space.
The farm includes multiple therapeutic facilities such as:
•A clinic for psychotherapy sessions
•A yoga studio
•An art and ceramics therapy greenhouse
•A large vegetable garden
•A woodworking workshop
•A creative writing studio
•And more.
All treatment and support are provided completely free of charge, providing immediate, accessible care for anyone who feels the need to heal their soul.
